An impressive field of 17 racers from 6 states were introduced to Jack Lamb's Churchill Downs road course to duel in (3) T-Jet Races; BOP Stock - Mustangs only, ProStock Muscle Car and an IROC. BOP Stock - A close race with 8 Laps separating First place and last place. 17 Mustangs with Don Bourne taking First Place, Second Place to John Habernal, Third Place to Tim Leppert, and Fourth Place to Jack Rutherford. Many thanks to JB for supplying ThunderBrushes and JW for the Rear Double Flanged Wheels and Tires. ProStock Muscle Car - Another closely contested race, if you made an error you dropped several positions and would not be able to regain the distance lost. The field all American Muscle Cars were separated by 12 laps from first to last. John Habernal showed superb driving skills claiming First Place, Second Place to Jack Lamb, Third Place to Jim Keen and Fourth Place to Trek Lawler. IROC - sponsored by Fandango. Jack Rutherford who owns Fandango, built and prepared 4 Custom built Sunbeam Convertibles on Vincent T-Jet Chassis that were outstanding. The top 4 Drivers in this race would lay claim to ownership to these beauties. Another hotly contested race with 5 laps separating first to last. Jack Lamb won first with John Habernal second, Don Bourne third and Jack Rutherford fourth.
