| Ever seen an AJ's Oscar Track Cleaner. Sure you have! I had been watching eBay trying to buy one for my track. After missing out on several auctions and seeing the dollars they bring, plus not knowing where I can get parts for them, I put having a drivable track cleaner car out of my head for while. Then one day I was playing with my newly modified Ideal Body, General Lee on a Tyco 440x2 chassis. The body was not modified only a few grinds on the 440x2 side mold body clips and I was driving! Then I notice how much out of scale the General Lee is compared to Ideal's Rocso's Hazard County patrol car. There was large space between the 440x2 rear axel guard and the body's rear mold where the bumper attaches. I'm starting to think like Cooter now! I pulled out of my case a white bar of track cleaner eraser I had gotten from MASCR.com. The rail eraser bar fit perfectly with a little wiggle room. The body's mold already gave me the trunk room needed to hold the rail eraser bar in place. To my amazement I needed only to cut off a hunk. Just tall enough to be dragged from behind the General Lee. This mod is something I really enjoyed discovering. I can drive the General Lee with a 440x2 chassis. Then put in a hunk of rail cleaner bar when I need to clean my rails. Versatile and nothing permanent!! | ||||||||
